WHO AM I?

I was born in Palencia, in the north of Spain. During my childhood, I was overweight, and that experience deeply shaped my relationship with training.

From a young age, I understood that exercise is not about aesthetics.

It is a tool to build confidence, improve health, and transform the way a person perceives themselves.

That personal experience became the starting point of my entire professional journey.

I began by completing a Higher Vocational Training in Physical Activity and Sport in Spain. During that period, I discovered that personal training was not just a professional option — it was a vocation.

To build a strong scientific foundation, I obtained the NSCA-CPT (Certified Personal Trainer) certification, specialized in strength training and structured programming.

Later, I moved to Madrid to study Sport & Exercise Science at INEF (Universidad Politécnica de Madrid). During my university years, I was already working as a personal trainer, combining academic education with practical experience from the very beginning.

My first significant professional experience was at Holmes Place Madrid, one of the most recognized sports clubs at the time. There, I developed my client base and consolidated an approach centered on strength training as the core driver of physical progress.

Over time, I opened my own personal training studio in the center of Madrid. I worked with very diverse profiles:

  • Professionals with high work demands

  • Mothers looking to regain their physical condition

  • Older adults wanting to improve their quality of life

  • Actors, screenwriters, and international profiles

  • People who simply wanted to feel better in their bodies

During that stage, I continued to educate myself consistently, attending specialized symposiums in strength training and hypertrophy with international references such as Brad Schoenfeld and Michael Boyle.

I have always believed that a trainer must continuously deepen their technical knowledge in order to deliver real, measurable, and sustainable results.

As the studio grew, my role gradually shifted more toward business management. That was when I realized something important:

What truly motivates me is the direct, one-on-one work with each person.

I decided to close that chapter and pursue a new professional challenge.

After a period between Madrid and Zurich, I decided to establish myself in Switzerland to continue developing my career in a demanding and structured environment.
